I’m a C8 incomplete who can walk.

I read an article in the paper recently that said that a person had a SCI but that they were no longer a quadriplegic. I’m a C8 incomplete who can walk. Is this possible?

They probably had a bruised spinal cord but no damage which meant when the swelling went down things may have came back to normal.
