Diet and nutrition medications


A healthy and balanced diet may be supplemented by medicines such as a multivitamin for general health and wellbeing, thiamine (vitamin B1) for nerve health, and cholecalciferol (vitamin D) and calcium for bone health. The amount of supplement you need will be decided by your doctor based on blood test results and symptoms.
