Hi Licker,
I am a 54 year old female c6-7 quad in a motorised wheelchair and in 2010 went on a cruise with my husband for 2 weeks to the south pacific islands. We went with Princess Cruises. The ship we went on was the Dawn Princess because it had a mini suite with balcony with disabled facilities. It was the best holiday we have had. The crew were wonderful and made you feel like royalty. It was very easy getting around the ship, there are elevators, disabled toilets etc. You can get more information if you check their website. Hope this helps.
