I am an incomplete c5c6 quadriplegic and interested in Malaysia, mainly visiting Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Can anyone give recommend any wheelchair friendly hotel, hiring of hoist, commode? Are there any vehicle, similar to our maxitaxis, which we can hire?
