Tai Chi

Today I went to watch a Tai Chi class and the lady running it said I should join in as it can still be done even if you're in a wheelchair. As it was a beginners class it was very easy to follow, and I found at the end that my upper body muscles were much more relaxed and my pain level had decreased.
If you can, give it a go, I know I'll be continuing the classes.
